Date of creation: January 13, 1999.
Purposes and tasks:
- Solving social and psychological health problems that arise among young people due to alcoholism and drug addiction,
- Propagating healthy lifestyle, social and psychological integration,
- Giving young people a chance to show their initiative,
- Developing cultural and informational communications,
- International dialogue.
Kinds of activity: organizing and holding cultural activities for youth.
