- Help in spreading the Lithuanian culture in Visaginas, acquaintance with its
achievements,
- Activation and encouragement of cultural life in Visaginas.

- Organizing a country music festival,
- Organizing country music concerts, activities, meetings, parties with musicians of different genres,
- Propagating and developing folk crafts,
- Organizing holidays, concerts, etc. with the help of national minorities.
