Date of creation: February 1999.
Purposes and tasks: promoting the solution of social, economic and ecological problems, working in close cooperation with other non-governmental organizations.
Kinds of activity: explaining through mass media the role of the public in making decisions (preparation of publications), including the performance (together with NGÎ "Russian wave") of the project "New view" about the essence and role of the Local agenda for the 21 century (financing REC).
Participating in the work of the Public council for Visaginas development, working with schoolchildren (organizing lessons of the hobby group "Youth leaders").
