Date of creation: September 23, 1996.
Purposes and tasks: creating a society of the inhabitants of Lithuania, injured in the result of nuclear-weapon tests on Semipalatinsk nuclear-missile testing ground of the Ministry of Defense, protecting their rights and rendering of medical, material and other kinds of humanitarian-social help.
Aspects of activity: public activity uniting the inhabitants of Lithuania injured in the result of nuclear-weapon tests.
